Ideas to Launch: Building your Idea Starts with a Prototype

From Concept to Creation

Duron Industries LLC was created to make a difference in the manufacturing industry.

We believe that by leveraging our expertise and experience, we can help educate you to achieve your creation. We provide customized solutions at the highest industry standard while incorporating the latest technology and leading practices to provide design for manufacture, electronic product development, prototype manufacturing, and engineering services.

Exploring Innovation: Helping you Navigate your Creative Process

You’re creating a new product. You’ve checked with your friends and family and everyone thinks it's a great idea. But sometimes in the excitement, a huge mistake is made at this stage because as good as you are at innovation, you need to ensure your product and reputation are secure.

You need a prototype.

Many visionaries and employees under a deadline bypass the prototyping stage because of the anticipation of getting their product to the shelves or maybe their boss has put them in a time crunch but it’s important not to miss the bigger picture here. Going straight to mass production without testing the functionality of your design first could ruin your business, letting a great idea go to waste or opening the door for a competitor who takes the right strategy.

What is a prototype?

A prototype is an early, unreleased version of your idea. Prototypes will help you visualize your final product and solve issues with faulty functions before mass production.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or engineer, you need to ask yourself- what is the purpose of my product? This will help you determine the type of prototype you need. Are you assessing a manufacturing need for your company, building a one-off product, or creating a product to sell to clients?

Why you need a prototype

You’ve probably seen amateur entrepreneurs on Shark Tank who run into problems because they ran out of funds or their product had faulty functional design that they can’t figure out. They’ve lost time and money because their products are now mass-produced and don’t work efficiently so they need more money to fix it and market it all over again. Creating a prototype and testing your product can solve this and can even help you brainstorm ways to make it better once you use it and test its functioning capabilities.

Why prototypes will reduce the overall cost

Whether you are an engineer creating a prototype for your company or an entrepreneur developing a product, an initial consultation with us will help you save time and money because you're increasing efficiency by choosing one company that has all services; consulting, design, testing, and manufacturing.

Duron Industries was founded to help the future innovators of the world achieve anything they set their minds to and we’ve taken the manufacturing process a step further. We are a one-stop shop so we handle the full-scale process for you. Instead of procuring from different distributors, vendors, engineering consulting companies, and manufacturers while juggling multiple quotes, you save time and money by trusting one source.
